Kelly L Bodway - President/Founder
Kelly is a broadly experienced executive with over 30 years of experience in many facets of manufacturing operations, private equity acquisitions, turnarounds, divestitures, and global operations in public and private corporate constructs. He has served in numerous roles including, Board of Directors member (Secretary), President, General Manager, Managing Director, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer, and Vice President of Supply Chain.
He excels in the areas of business turnarounds and organizational optimization.

Kevin J Schmidt - Principle Consultant
Kevin is an accomplished executive with over 20 years’ experience helping companies create new products, penetrate new markets and improve margins He has a diverse set of functional experience from sales rep to CEO holding a wide variety of functional leadership roles in between. He has led new product development teams, account management teams and been on both sides of M&A initiatives.
Kevin excels in analyzing and developing strategies for organizations that are challenged with objectively valuing product development investments and related business opportunities.

Jack Flint - Principle Consultant
Jack has over 30 years of practical experience solving complex manufacturing and project management issues and problems. He is especially adept at diving into the messiest of projects and through a combination of time tested techniques and his strong personality is able to bring the task at hand under control and to a favorable conclusion.
Jack excels at bringing diverse teams together to achieve a common objective while simultaneously simplifying complex problems and situations.

Bryan J Bodway
Bryan has over 10 years experience in analytical financial modeling aiding large corporations in determining the most profitable ways in which to manage their portfolios and investments.
Bryan excels in deep financial modeling using tools such as SQL, Excel and enterprise level BI tools that he then is able to create story lines from that take complex topics and make them understandable.
